Autumn Daze

It's officially Autumn a.k.a sweater weather! #SweaterWeatherIsBetterWeather
I'm off to class on this perfect day wearing a cozy turtleneck from Vero Moda, accompanied by classic white Converse that I got from Shopbop. Who else is excited as I am for everything Autumn has to offer? I'm more than ready for the pumpkin spiced lattes, oversized sweaters and cuddle sessions :)

If it Ain't Baroque, Fix It

Ever since Labour Day I've been wearing nothing but black, I mean it's technically acceptable since it's almost Fall right? Regardless, I don't care I love it. There's something about an all black wardrobe that presents a certain fierceness no matter how or where you wear it.
Sorry for the lack of posts in the past few weeks but I've just now recovered from a really bad sore throat and I finally feel like myself again. Unfortuntely school was a priority (that 4.0 wont maintain itself ;]) but the commute down was the worst part. I decided that no matter the level of douchey-ness I would reach, sunglasses on the train was the better choice to the alternative of allowing people to use their imagination about those little ol' red eyes of mine. And let me just say, sporting black from head to toe and rocking the sunnies will get you more stares than the half naked girl next to you.

Back at It

I took a break from black and opted for a soft look featuring this top from my recent collaboration with Tobi. If you're in Uni/College you're classes would have resumed, as did mine but unfortunately my school year did not start off on a good note. I ended up missing my first day of classes due to illness (sore throats suck!) after having endured such a crazy and eventful frosh week, perhaps a little too eventful! But it was all worth it, I loved meeting and sharing new experiences with the first years & fellow frosh leaders!  Have any of you started Uni this Fall? How was your first week? I'd love to hear about it in the comments below!
