Montréal Restaurant Guide
![]() |
| 📍Ferreira Cafe |
Took a quick trip to Montréal to check out the food scene and eat our way through the city, one cute cafe at a time. After extensive field research, I've compiled a list of some of my favourites during this visit. Unfortunately I wasn't able to indulge in all of the hottest spots, but here's a great start.

Beach Day in Varadero
Most of our trip was spent laying on the beach, basking in the sun, and relaxing by the Atlantic Ocean. This was obviously not the daily attire, but a nice morning stroll along the shore before the humidity hit called for a not-so-little white dress.

A Day in Havana
Day four of my Cuba trip was spent exploring the beautiful streets of Havana. We spent most of our time on a resort in Varadero but decided to take a little road-trip to Havana to explore the city, enjoy the food and appreciate the beauty of Cuba's capital.

Dundas Peak
Took an impromptu road-trip with my sisters down to Dundas Peak for a little hike. The view was worth it.

Waking up at the Thompson with Origins
Last week, I had the opportunity to spend the night at the Thompson with a small group of bloggers to experience the glory that is the new GinZing line from Origins. Staycations are key when your schedule leaves little room for relaxation, so I jumped at the mention of lavished dining, cozy movie nights and calm mornings laying under the sun (that is yoga for those of you who may have a different approach to the art).

Muskoka Getaway: Road trip with Ford Canada
Last week, I took some time out of my city centric schedule to unplug and retreat to a beautiful Muskoka cottage courtesy of Ford Canada. In honour of Canada's 150th year, I've decided to dedicate time to exploring more of Canada, starting with short journeys with friends and family to nearby destinations. Road trips are always better spent with loved ones, and Best Friend's Day made for the perfect opportunity to kick off the Summer with my #FordConnections getaway. I brought my sister; my bestie since birth, along to share the Ford experience as we don't always get to spend much time together since moving downtown. We packed our bags, picked up the 2017 Ford Edge and embarked on our road trip up to cottage country.

Vancouver Travel Diary
| 📍 Cypress View Point |
Last month I experienced more adventure than I had my entire life. I ended my trip in Dominica with a short stay in Barbados and then straight to Vancouver, and it wasn't because I was eager to return to winter in the Great White North. I went from tanning under the Caribbean sun to snowshoeing up mountains with little to no feeling in my toes; but it was well worth it. I mean, just look at that view...
I spent my New Year's Eve in Vancouver visiting one of my best friends, who by the way, totally understands the need to photograph everything; and that's definitely a friend every travel blogger needs.
Today, I'm sharing snaps from some of my favourite spots in Vancouver that are totally instagramable and will leave you wondering why it took you this long to make it out to the West Coast. 😲

Secret Bay - A Luxurious Stay in Dominica
During my trip in Dominica, I had the pleasure of experiencing the award winning resort, Secret Bay. Secret Bay is a beautiful resort composed of several luxury villas that are surrounded by nature with a view that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It was a highlight of my trip, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay on the Nature Isle of Dominica.

Old Montreal
Exploring the street of Old Montreal in Zara from head-to-toe (minus the sneakers). P.s. I just got a pair of Nike Roshe and currently wondering why I didn't own a pair sooner. It was probably because my sister is constantly expressing her hatred for the "socks" on my feet but they're honestly the most comfortable shoes I own, sorry sis!

Les Rues de Montréal
The streets of Montreal are so picturesque, it made shooting outfits almost effortless. I still however, had to endure the awkwardness of passersby shooting judgemental looks and staring for a few too many seconds for comfort, I guess it comes with the job.

Hike to Dundas Peak
A few weeks ago, I embarked on the most exhilarating and petrifying hike of my life...and I would do it all over again. Now I don't mean to be melodramatic, the hike consisted of trails with safety meaures in place, so you would be completely safe... if you're a rational human who obeyed signs that read something along the lines of "do not enter," "this is not a trail," "turn back now if you have even an ounce of will to live." Something along those lines. We obviously weren't phased, which leads me to my near death experience I'm about to share with you.
It was a warm Monday morning and my sisters and I headed to Hamilton to hike the trails leading up to Dundas peak (the highest point of the trail), for the cardio and more importantly, infamous "living on the edge" pic. We parked the car and headed up the trail. After roughly thirty minutes, we reached the Peak and snapped these gorgeous shots because, "pics or it didn't happen" right? The view was absolutely breath taking. We headed down the trail and made our way over to Webster Falls. The only issue with our plan was that there was in fact no trail, and for good reason we later discovered (the unconventional way). We scouted the grounds for a while searching for the illegitimate trail supposedly created by delinquents time after time, going off trail to discover the beauty of Webster Falls up close and personal. We wanted in.
Living on the edge indeed.
Outfit by Fabletics.

My Stay at the Trump Toronto: Hotel Review
Thursday, April 28, 2016
A Touch of Blush
Good afternoon loves :)
This outfit is from Day 1 of my trip to the Trump Toronto. Sorry for the random collection of backdrops but I was given the honour of touring the hotel and photographing areas that are not normally accessible to the guests and residents, and could obviously not pass on the opportunity to capture the perfect 'outfit of the day.'
